The Company opened 10 stores, including eight community pharmacies, and introduced the Click & Collect (CCE) and Home Delivery Express (HDE) features in an effort to be more accessible to its customers and to reinforce the O+O strategy. The Company also re-launched Watsons Club, which is the new face of its membership program with the aim of maintaining customer loyalty. In total, the Company generated a net revenue of approximately Rp 1 trillion.
